A Story of Growth and Advocacy
Chelsea’s journey began on the serene beaches of the southern Gold Coast in the 1980s, where her family's stories of survival and resilience laid the foundation for her deep commitment to human rights and social justice. Growing up amidst the impacts of intergenerational trauma, Chelsea became a passionate advocate for those facing systemic disconnection and injustice. Her rich lived experiences—raising two mixed-race children as a single mother and advocating for her autistic sister—infuse her work with authenticity and cultural intelligence, making her a powerful voice for inclusive change.

Chelsea’s approach is deeply personal and profoundly impactful. She believes in the inherent potential of all people and strives to build communities where every child feels loved, included, and empowered to thrive. From developing trauma-informed youth programs to co-designing social change initiatives, Chelsea’s approach is rooted in connection, accessibility, and empowerment. Her extensive work with First Nations communities, refugee and migrant networks, and diverse cultural groups allows her to bridge systemic gaps and facilitate inclusive, transformative change.

Chelsea founded Body Brain Learning (BBL), a neuroscience-backed wellbeing program that enhances mental health, self-regulation, and cognitive resilience. Originally delivered across 30+ schools and 5,000+ students, BBL is now digitally accessible, providing practical tools for educators, parents, and youth workers to support brain health, emotional intelligence, and learning success.

Rewilding Circles: Deep Connection & Healing
Through ReWilding Circles, Chelsea facilitates nature-based wisdom and embodied learning experiences. These immersive gatherings incorporate storytelling, somatic awareness, and reflective practices to support personal healing, leadership development, and reconnection with the natural world.
She believes that rewilding is about reclaiming our innate wisdom, not just returning to nature. Whether through women’s circles, professional retreats, or community workshops, Chelsea creates transformative spaces where participants reconnect with their intuition and collective purpose.
